Step 1: Decide which feed is right for you.

Our webcam broadcasting software offers two different versions of our feed, one based on the ActiveX framework and the other based on the Java framework.

ActiveX This is the default framework of our software and makes full use of the range of capabilities the webcam dashboard has to offer.	Java This is the redundant framework of our software. Use this for Mac systems or if you experience problems connecting through ActiveX.
Use with:
- Internet Explorer w/ Vista	- Internet Explorer w/ XP - Firefox - Safari - Opera - Chrome
Known Issues:
Must download and accept an unsigned cab file that tends to "break the loop"on WindowsXP based machines. Results in "Page Cannot Be Displayed" error.	Feature loss in Windows machines including lack of resolution and sizing controls as well as camera image refresh issues. These issues haven't been seen on Mac systems.

Note: To view our cameras, you must have a username and password. This is provided to you by Peanut's Pet Services staff when you drop off your pet.
